Our whole family would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Sue for her service, compassion and kindness. We have traditional Cantonese background but some family members can only speak English. Sues bilingual ability and her Cantonese background really made things so much easier for all of us, right from the beginning of planning through to the burial ceremony. Sue is very professional and compassionate, she was not only able to provide useful recommendations but also accommodate my mums needs. She is very flexible, being available on the phone round the clock. I cannot say enough thank you to you , Stephen and Leesa for making dads funeral so smooth and beautiful. With the sudden passing of my husband's uncle Paul, with him in Auckland and us in Whanganui, we were at a loss of where to start. Leesa went above and beyond to give Paul a truly amazing send off. Nothing was to much, Leesa even rushed out to buy his outfit for the service! They made the whole process as easy as possible under the circumstances and our family will be forever grateful.
