        Just wanted to stop by and say CONGRATULATIONS on the BEAUTIFUL gift boxes. I received this one from my wonderful mother in law for my birthday. Your quality, presentation and selection of items is STUNNING... you have a real eye for quality and detail!         Very bad customer service!!! Purchased a giant blue bow online, weeks had gone by, received no bow or confirmation, rang to speak with boxit gifts who advised they didnt receive order and will follow up, anyway more weeks go by and finally receive the bow which looks nothing like the picture advertised! It comes with a 2 step instructions note which tell you to pull cords to form bow! Have tried that many times and still no bow has formed and boxit gifts refuse to refund! $62 down the drain! Do not buy from these people they do not give refunds for this type of rubbish!
