        Tried canceling my cover and I have to wait till their funding department processes it in which payments are still coming out till their department finalizes it.

        I don't think this company deserves 1 star... I get there's other victims of flooding but seriously!!! Why is it taking a week and counting to get my mums car looked at. Its not even towed either. She has a mechanic all ready to do the car including a quote and the delay could be a loss in people's jobs... this is absolutely absurd... i wouldnt recommend this company...
