Sending Christmas gifts from the USA to New Zealand has always been challenging, and shipping charges expensive. This process of ordering on line an "Experience" Christmas gift from this NZ web site for my daughter and her husband who live in Auckland was handled so easily and quickly. Their quick response by a personal email telling me exactly how they are accommodating my request in their delivery and personalizing the gift card for the gift voucher to be delivered before Christmas is so much appreciated.
