Lazy, rude and obnoxious staff. If their manager thinks you cant expect much from workers on minimum wage on weekends he or she just needs to go to botany junction tank to see what the service to supposed to be like. Botany junction tank 5 stars Takanini tank I would give a 0 star if I could.

Came into the takanini tank at around 15:30 today 11 March 2023. The girl that was there had absolutely no customer service experience. My partner and I wanted a build your own salad combo, the ingredients where not out on display and the girl that served us said "if you are use to tank you should know the ingredients " ....we then said we can't remember all the things they have so we asked her to show us the ingredients and she only brought half of it and then when we ask her to bring the rest she rolled her eyes at us and kept telling us to hurry up and choose the ingredients. We can understand that there maybe shortage of staff but that is no excuse to give poor customer service....if any at all. The other girl thar is new was very nice and friendly....unfortunately the rude girl that was training her also gave the same attitude towards the new girl.
