        While customer service is good, delivery service is disappointing. Posted a parcel through the counter as soon as this shop opened on Thursday morning of 27th April. I was asked if I wanted to opt for an OVERNIGHT DELIVERY for an additional cost. I said YES and paid for the extra cost. Its now Saturday 29th April and the parcel is still not received. What was the point of paying extra cost for overnight delivery???

        Appalling service, refuse to attempt redelivery after only the first delivery attempt and instead insist that its customer responsibility to collect parcel from mail depo. Avoid using NZpost if possible

        NZ post is so terrible its funny. They dont know, or care, what century were in. I dont blame the front line staff (it must be a nightmare working there) but all the management should be fired.
