We joined Lucia's programme at the end of Oct 2021, by Feb 2022 we bought our 1st investment house which we won't believe at that time we can afford to buy any property in Central Auckland with the limit amount of borrowings. Lucia taught us lots of concepts. For example you need to save 50% of your income towards investment which is including your mortgage. It might look very difficult at the beginning but once you start to look at your spending habit and willing to take actions to make the difference, things start to change. You have to believe positive actions bring positive results. Lucia is definatly a great mentor, she raises your cognitive ability and you just have to believe in yourself you can achieve all these goals and make sure to take actions.

Mortgage: Finax have found a solution for me to move forward in my property investment journey. I was tied up to the family house with Mum and brother so I was stuck. They have worked for months, it was a long process, but now things are in place, and I am moving in my own house in Auckland in 3 weeks time.
