Nicole Robertson: was life-saving. I am a health professional and my teenage client had 6 free sessions available through her GP. On zoom. I saw her blossom and her suicide feelings subside. She said she finally felt heard and understood. Nicole advocated for the Kari Centre (for suicidal teens and more). Bless you Nicole and Fresh Minds for providing a great service in such a terrible situation.

Although this was my first time seeing a therapist and its probably the reason why i dont understand why i only had 2 sessions but my stress about the therapist not being understanding or helpful was definitely relieved after meeting them, thank u so much, the sessions were helpful and i wish i could have had more sessions.

Avoid Freshminds unless you want suicidal ideation to skyrocket! They are hideously unorganised with no consistency whatsoever. Expect multiple cancelled appointments and no follow up. They are truly a danger to mental health.

Rude, arrogant, egotistical reception (Polynesian lady)at the penrose office Refused to even take an appointment, after my GP Refereed me there. They are everything a healing place Professional should not be.
