We bought a new build off plan through this agency. Sandy promised the home would be ready in three months. Of course 18 months later we read in Stuff that the developer never owned the land (Reed Myers), and therefore we were not getting our home as promised. Throughout it all Sandy promised things were happening but ultimately it turned out to be lies so we cancelled our contract and got our deposit back. When the Stuff articles came out (three of them), Sandy said she will no longer work with Reed Myers but lo and behold Sandy is still selling for Reed Myers for another development at Portman Road, Mt Wellington. A lack of integrity by continuing to sell on behalf of Reed Myers who have ruined the dreams of 50 predominantly first home buyers in this development. A similar story is true for the other Reed Myers developments that she sold. Just google the stuff articles. Sandy is full of empty promises and lies. 0/10 would not recommend

Selling properties even before owing the land. Con artists. Due diligence before you sign anything with them.
