        We have really enjoyed living in an Anemaxs. Rick was always supportive and responsive when we needed something done in the house. He has a clear timeline dealing with urgent and non-urgent repairs so other tenants also benefit from the reasonable arrangements. Those most in need always get immediate help.

        Reggie has been an awesome landlord to our flat for the last 1.5 years. He has always been prompt when it comes to repairing facilities, and quick to respond to any rent/utility queries. Anemax has left a really good impression on us, and I'd be happy to work with them again if the opportunity arises.
