Absolute shocker of an experience! I had my cat booked in for a 3 day stay which was confirmed by phone call and email. I happened to phone up a couple days prior to confirm the booking and was told that they canceled my booking in favour of their registered customers. Had I not called to confirm then I would of had known that my booking was canceled.

Absolutely amazing staff that so care about your pet! Every vet we've had has taken great care to listen to our concerns and treat our cat like a member of the family. She especially appreciates all the extra kisses and cuddles she gets
