        Received a gift voucher for Restaurant Association for Christmas. We are in Cambridge New Zealand and no restaurant will accept it they say they are not members and don't know anything about the company. They don't have stickers on doors to say they are members . Thank for your reply however we have been on website and tried several of the restaurants listed and all refused to accept voucher and say they don't know anything about them. Can you please send your contact details to me for refund these vouchers were purchased online in UK

        We were gifted a voucher, we have been to 2 restaurants that are meant to take the vouchers as per your website and been denied twice when trying to use the voucher. We are now out of pocket over $500 for 2 dinners out with our family that we thought we could use the vouchers for but haven't been able to. Not impressed.

        Yesterday 1Sep 2022 your company Restaurant Association Auckland made fraudulent transaction using my Citi Credit Card for amount NZ850. Have reported to Citi bank to cancel the transaction.No way I was in NZ yesterday and past 2.5 years stay put in Singapore. Please look into the issue.
