        I bought a small HiFi system from AV recently. They have great customer service from a very knowledgeable team. Awesome product for a price you wont be able to find elsewhere. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

        The earphone tips were send quite fast. The quality of the product itself is disappointing though. The tips became unusable in a couple of months. No refund or replacement were suggested. Update after the owner's response: The review is regarding the service. It is stated on your website that all new products have at least 1 year warranty. As stated above no refund or replacement were suggested.

        Owner can't manage himself and is rude with menacing and thretning behaviour towards the customer. Like others said shop somewhere else, better products and deals .
