I went into store to pick up my car seat I had brought via click & collect. Ginny suggested we try the floor model in the car first and found it didnt fit very well in my car. We tried a different model of the same brand and it was much better and safer. The customer service was top notch. Ginny was very informative and knowledgeable and installed my car seat on site. Very helpful and great communication. Both my daughter and I love the new car seat

First and last time purchasing from this company. $670 purchase was sent as a pre used and broken product. Sent an email with photos only to be told it's not their problem and that I need to claim under warranty with the overseas brand and have them see if they want to replace it. It was not a warranty claim they sent a faulty product it is there responsibility to replace it. So now I have an item that is unusable and taking up space in my house because they refuse to have anything to do with it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've never posted a bad review of a company in my life but people need to be aware this company does not honour the consumers gaurantees act. I have never had such bad service from a New Zealand company before.
