I've gotten several haircuts here over the years. Haircuts have always been great! But recently I had made an appointment through their online portal, which was confirmed, and when I showed up nobody was at the shop. I waited till 25 minutes after my appointment time, tried calling and emailing, but haven't heard anything even after a week. Edit: Eventually they got in touch and explained the situation. Don't waste your time. Hair by Wayne has a very strict cancellation policy, requiring at least 24 hours notice or you're up for 50% of your fee. Yet, this doesn't seem to apply to their barbers. Yesterday, when I was in their shop 10 minutes before my 11 am appointment (they do ask you to be at least 5 minutes early), I received a text message from Elliot my barber saying he won't be able to make my appointment - 10 minutes before! Disappointing, unprofessional, and inconvenient. I won't waste my time here again.
