        I've been here before and had a superb cut. Then I came here yesterday and got the worst haircut I've ever had. Guy just made a friggin mess of it, and on top of that managed to clip part of my beard by mistake and didn't say/do anything about it!! I actually had to fix both my hair and my beard myself using an electric razor, which I should never have to have done.

        He messed up my hair so badly and when I told him about it, he started shouting and cursing at me. He even passed racist comments. I've made a police complaint about them.
