        I snapped my bike chain, on a brand-new bike (from a different store), on the way home from work and had no money on me or means to get home. I walked my bike and broken chain into Bikes and Beyond and the bro fixed me up, no worries, and he showed my how to do it. I was able to get home. I came in the following week and paid for the part. Thanks guys! Love our Country.

        Took them two weeks to true my wheels and my spokes are still hitting my brake caliper. Mechanic said he couldn't do better.

        Really pleased with my bike service. Quite a lot needed to be changed but they were very quick, reasonably priced and everything's running smoothly again.

        Not generally keen on negative reviews but think it should be said. Bought a used bike from them and they were very dishonest about its condition. Struggling to get them to own up for any fault. Unfortunately the manufacturer can't help as this store wasn't a registered dealer. Take care
