        Very rude staff members! Walk in the door and the dark looks from the owners make you feel as though you shouldn't dear touch anything let alone try anything on so you turn around and swiftly leave the store

        This is 1 but the brand deserves 0. I have bought a pair of trousers (300NZD) 2 weeks ago. After wearing 2 hours, the trousers broke. I bring it back the day after to try to understand. The lady tell me that she can't give me an other one, refund me. I need to wait for the trousers to be send to the HQ. It is been 2 weeks, noone called me, I have no news from the trousers and there is no way to contact the HQ. 2 weeks without news for what is suppose to be a high quality service and product. I want to report here, a problem with the quality, a problem with the service and the communication. I am really disappointed and won't advice anyone to buy anything from this brand.
