I want to review Growth Matters as a great business coach and Business Coaching Service for myself and trades people throughout New Zealand. I work with a variety of Tradies in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch through my real estate business. Plumbers, Electricians, builders and the like. Most of them, all great people, were telling me they were working to much and not making enough money. This confused me as the rates I paid them seemed like there were great margins. I didn't understand why trades like plumbers and electricians were often complaining about cash flow. Further conversations made me see they were missing jobs because they couldn't front the money to cover ongoing materials and labor. I needed to understand so that I could be a better customer. I decided I needed to talk to a business coach that specializes in working with tradies. After talking to a few I settled on Growth Matters. Karl, had to repeat himself many times and rephrase many concepts as I really needed to understand how to make money successfully in the trades. He did this patiently and professionally. We talked about gross profit versus gross margin and the subtle differences and why they are important. I must admit my eyes glazed many times as much of it was new to me. However Karl patiently simplified it until I understood. He was able to show me common issues confronting tradies and how these affected their bottom line. I have since recommended all my vendors speak with him. Every business is different. There is no cookie cutter formula. However my belief is that Karl's one on one approach to performing business coaching services would allow him to help any small to medium sized business. Not only has he a proven record as a business coach but he has a fancy degree in finances or something I think and has run businesses of his own. Thanks Karl and Growth Matters for being the best business coach. I will be 100% sure to recommend you as I can. I am so chuffed I even made a little first prize you are the best image! Thanks
