I have experienced a great deal of pain and discomfort dealing with Sciatica symptoms and repetitive lower back pain. I was so desperate to seek help and have made consultations to different healthcare professionals. I was impressed with Davids thorough assessment upon my initial visit. He created a plan, set my expectations, addressed every concern and have given advised on what to do next. After several sessions, I felt the improvements - from severe to bare minimum pain and discomfort, from too scared to lift weights again to appreciating body weight and to do stretching before and after each workout. I came to David with a serious lower back injury and after only couple of months, I can feel normal again. A series of adjustments and decompression table really helped to ease the pain and overall recovery process. I was provided with a really good explanation of my injury, do's and don'ts. Great place, highly recommend!

David has helped me rectify and neck and spine issues which has led to significant decrease in back discomfort and sore shoulders. I would highly suggest sticking with the treatments for an extended period of time as they do overall improve your health. I use to only go in for the occasional adjustment, unfortunately this doesn't help much long term.

I was referred to Dr David Ham by a friend of mine, as I had excruciating pain running down my right arm. In my initial consultation and the approach taken by Dr Ham gave me a pathway to treat this pain. Within a few sessions of the commencement of the treatment, I started to find a relief with the pain. I have reached a stage in a very short period of time wherein my pain has reduced dramatically and often close to nothing. I have been extremely satisfied with the prognosis and wouldn't have been where I am today without Dr Ham's insight and care.
