        I ordered a box of baubles online. They were inside a flimsy plastic box which was shoved into a plastic bag with no bubble wrap or any attempt to protect them from damage enroute. Consequently, two are broken. Thanks for that.

        I rang these people wanting to hire a Christmas tree for an apartment in the city and Cindy said she would get back to me with a proposal. When she didn't do that I rang her back and she said they weren't keen to rent us a tree for security reasons but we could buy one if we wished. We have access control, CCTV and day time duty mangers so seems a bit weird and why didn't she get back to me???? If she had concerns???
