        I got my AirPods replaced, and my MacBook checked here. Ryan was helpful, approachable, and friendly, yet cheaper than elsewhere. He was patient and professionally advised me even though I asked many questions. I would only go here if there is any problem with my Apple devices.

        I have asked a lot of questions about the apple products that I use and they were happy to explain to me and find the right solutions. I have been to other places and it is uncomparable. These guys know what they are doing and just by having a conversation with them, I could tell that they are professional in this field. I have compared prices with other places and Image Text was also cheaper which is even better. Especially Ryan was super helpful and approachable. I felt safe to hand over my devices to Image Text.
