If there's an option to give this place a zero, I gladly would! Just went in to grab some ice cream with my toddler. I let him decide on what to get before opening their fridge. Being a kid, he was trying to explore his options. We only took around 5 to 10 minutes looking through a dairy without any other customers, and suddenly, this old grumpy woman in the counter told us off for taking a LONG time choosing, and are we gonna buy something. By this time, we were already holding on to 2 ice creams and were on our way to cash register. I was shocked with how poor she treats her customers, worse, in front of a four-year-old. I told my son to return the stuff in the fridge and left the place. My son left disappointed and baffled as to why the grandma looks angry with us.

The owner is very rude, when u use the Eftpos machine, he said have to be careful do not damage it, how can? I always go this dairy, but now I am not go back again, buy the samething in BP station, save my 60 cents, change is good.
