Hi...please bring back the ceramide lift and firm day cream spf 30 (pink cream) I brought the advance and I am not a fan. I've found another product from Estee lauder that I prefer.

This message serves more as a comment about a product, rather than the place. I purchased the Eight Hour Intensive Lip Repair Balm (on line). Having always loved the Eight Hour lip stick, I thought I'd benefit more so with the balm. Wrong. As soon as I smoothed some balm on my lips, my lips started to burn and straight away I could tell that the balm has Menthol as an ingredient. Maybe I should have researched the ingredients before I made my purchase, but surely the Elizabeth Arden specialists would know that menthol is one of the worst things you could put on sensitive lips? Very sad to have wasted money on this product, as every other product I've used from EA has been fine.
