Modern facilities and excellent staff

On the plus side we loved the staff in the class rooms here - they were kind, caring and engaged. The Pukeko and Kea rooms were lovely and sunny. On the negative side we felt the office and management made no effort to build a relationship with the families of children. Over three years we received one book of what our child did during his time there while many of my friends children received daily online updates on their kids at other centers. On the two occasions that we complained about something the management response was dismissive at best. The Tui room is also very cold over winter and doesn't get much sun, so we had more than the average bouts of colds that have gone since leaving. The teachers in this room were often in puffer jackets.

We couldn't have asked for a more caring & learning environment for both of our children. Without doubt, one of the best child care centres around.
