        Is it really a good idea "training" staff on the floor while ignoring customers. Had to walk way over to the other side of the store to get service only for the sales assistant to advise the 2 people talking to each other in the watch department were actually staff members, they were so readily ignoring everyone I thought they were customers!

        The customer service is disappointing. Product range is good but when a high end product is obviously sub standard and not performing as it should you would expect some action, rather than yet another repair. The accessories manager was unfriendly and officious, such a shame.

        Love the food here!!! Its fresh, fast and incredibly delicious! Quick and easy option if youre on the hunt for a nice hot soup while shopping around West field shopping mall in New Market, Auckland.
