        Worst service (or lack of service!) I have ever had from any company anywhere. I have been waiting for nearly a month for a refund OFFERED to me by ET Electronics. I have sent details as requested TWICE to them and still nothing. I phoned today and was told the person who does the refunds is not in the office...I don't believe it! Just give me my money as offered and accepted on 2 February 2023 Edited to add that 14 minutes after my phone call to ET Electronics, I received an email informing me my refund had been made....fast service when you get a bit angry with them. Review still stands, I shouldn't have to get angry to get a response
