I want to express my sincere gratitude for the way Jason helped us following the flooding of our home on 27 January 2023. A few days after the flood we had to go overseas and leave family and friends to continue the clean-up. We received a yellow sticker requiring the electrical system to be proven safe. We got in touch with Jason. He was incredibly responsive, despite the significant difference in time zones and difficulty communicating by email. This was particularly important as we were feeling pretty stressed and concerned about our home. It felt as though Jason had our backs. Thanks!
