        Worst customer service ever! The girl at the counter was the most unprofessional and unhelpful salesperson. Very disappointing as i have been shopping at Aje for a few years now and won't be coming back.

        Usually shop online but got to visit this store in the weekend while we were in Auckland. Awful. Customer service is non existent. Dont expect to be greeted or helped when you go into store, they just look you up and down while they lean on the counter. You can see from the numerous bad reviews that this is a common experience in this store.

        I was in the store today and I witnessed a lady being treated very harshly by the employees over a refund where they would not honour her request. I was quite disheartened because normally the ladies in the store are nice, however the two in today were very rude. I work in retail myself and it saddens me to see shop workers treating customers badly.
