        It's been a seamless experience dealing with Laminate Direct / Vienna Woods. I replaced carpet with laminate of a large 4 bedroom house. After research I decided to select Laminate Direct. And I wasn't wrong. Right from the first consultation, product samples and selection, installation and after sales service, the team made it a very pleasant journey. The team was very professional and attentive to understand the specific requirements. I was under a tight schedule and the floor had to be finished to be in line with other renovation projects. Laminate Direct delivered on time and budget. During the cooling off period, after installation, there was a minor issue with the underfloor. One call and the team was back on site to rectify the issue. I recommend anyone to consider Laminate Direct, can't speak highly enough. My huge thanks to Damon and the team, fantastic job.
