        ACC have an 0800 number BUT NEVER ANSWER!!! Why have one Acc? Absolutely disgusting service and support! 33 MINUTES AND STILL WAITING!!!!!

        I've worked for ACC for a month now and over the past 4 weeks called at least twice a week to get paid for services rendered. Today is the 2nd March and I still havent received payment. From erroneously being set up as a provider to not having bank account details updated for a month now I'm still awaiting payment. No wonder no one has faith in government departments. VBH066 is my vendor ID if any of you can be bothered to help a vendor get this sorted!!!

        My ACC case manager, Raewyn Osborne, was so rude to me when I was on my rehabilitation. I understand now why so many Kiwis hate the management there, and why there have been several incidents in the past where their staff have been hassled by the general public.
