After receiving an offer of $179 for a full head of foils I jumped at it, unfortunately due to having thick hair (so they said), my end bill turned out to be $285, they didn't do a base colour in between th foils, and when it finally dried after having toner put in I was left with a block colour difference due to her not using th right toner,I should have had an ash colour toner, I was then told I had to rebook and pay another $60 to have corrected, spent a total of $385 after buying products I thought might help, so never went back..

Arrived to a locked door, me and another customer werent let in for five minutes, Im not sure why. Waited 15 mins after my appointment time before double checking they still had my booking, my stylist then came to tell me she was running 1.5 hours late. Disappointing, unwelcoming and strange atmosphere there. I would rather take my business elsewhere.
