        This review is about the communication, not the hair services. I recently made an appointment for a hair perm and when I arrived I was told my booking was 1 hour later and Im very sure it wasnt. They asked me to wait for another hour which couldnt work as I had other appointment to go to so I had to leave and went to other hairdressers that I have never been to. Now I end up with the hair style I hate. I have been coming to Lan for a while and the stylists are fantastic but the communication definitely needs to improve. I suggest you send text message to confirm the booking to avoid this kind of disappointment. Service: Perms
