I was so disappointed with the haircut I had with Emi. Its the worst haircut I ever had. I contacted the hair lab and asked which of their hairdresser is good at lady short haircut, then was told Emi is the most experienced one. So I booked my appointment with her. On the day when I went the salon, Emi asked me who hair cut I wanted and I showed her the photos of haircut I wanted, she told me that they were all normal haircut, she sounds so confident and she can do a better job. She told me she will design a haircut which suits me. I was so looking forward to seeing the results. But it turned out worse than the haircut I can get it from Just Cut. I paid $120 for so called creative haircut but the results makes me feel so gutted and a waste of money. Now I have to wear beanie to cover my ugly hair cut, which is very annoying. My advice is that you never trust what they say. But I do appreciate her hard work. Service: Hairstyling
