Me & my partner came in to buy a a/v receiver as my old one finally died. We were greeted by John who was very friendly & extremely knowledgeable! He explained the difference between the 2 units we were considering very well & we are super happy with the Denon we settled on. We also really enjoyed the experience he treated us to of hearing the B&W setup there! Such a warm & welcoming environment & great advice! One of the best shopping experiences I've had & i will definitely be returning for any future needs!

I was in the market for a new home theatre system. After visiting Tom I was throughly educated on the products. He took the time to make me understand my requirements as this was my first system. He didnt oversell anything, and in fact, told me to buy the mid size system for my lounge when I was thinking about upgrading to the larger system. He told me that after seeing my room area, the midi system would work great. I ended up purchasing the Polk speakers and a Denon Denon AVC-X3800H After setting it all up, I was blown away with the performance of this system. Thank you Tom! You are my sound guy for life :-)

They got many items HIFI wise and pricing is on point. They do offer you trade ins. They do have a good customer service. Located at a good centralised spot. Highly recommend them.

Top service from these guys. First, they were open at New Years when every other Auckland Hi Fi shop was closed. Staff were enthusiastic and listened to my requirements for a 2 channel amp to supplement my Yamaha AVR. Best of all, they had the NAD unit I was keen on in stock and with an $800 discount. Salesman Stephen King deserves a large pay rise. He even carried the amp to my car. Very happy all around with this company in my first time using them.
