        No one answers the phones and very long hold time. Unable to reach anyone so you leave a voicemail and no one calls you back. Staff dont show up for appointments and no communication as to why and if they are coming the next day. Stay away from this company. Poor service and communication. Do not recommend.

        My elderly mother needed help after a week in hospital and the personal care and cleaning help were fantastic. Used their initiative and lovely.

        DO NOT USE Call Geneva instead. This crowd are 3 out of 4 useless. They don't listen to the client. We had problems organising them. Then they just about set fire to the house. To many excuses why they can't do something . Wish I could give them a Zero. ACC shouldn't pay them, or even use them. 10 outa 10 for Uselessness.
