After about 8 months we now have our Hotspring Aria spa. Caroline at the Newmarket shop communicated with us while we waited for our spa and a wait it was. We ended up choosing a spa that was in stock and within a week it was delivered and installed. Caroline has gone above and beyond to walk us through these early days of learning to operate our spa. All questions were answered in a friendly manner, nothing was too much trouble, I felt so relaxed asking anything whether it be big it small. We are still learning, might take a while to sink in, with Carolines help we will get there. Also a big thanks to Keegan who sold us the Aria, he answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks, Newmarket team. Also thank you to the delivery guys who installed the spa without any issues. We are having our first spa tonight, and I'm sure it will have been worth the wait.
