Really sad to see this company ripping people off, during these hard times. Lies and lack of accountability. Showed up 8 hours after scheduled time, Hang up on calls, when followed up, - and when asked for before and after photos, it has taken them 4 hours to 'collate' an email., still waiting...All these paid for Google reviews, mean jack when you're hurting people...will leave it with Karma, to take care of you! DO NOT USE! Unless you want your time and energy wasted while they mess you around. Its amazing how a company this bad can still be in business. Everything about them is dreadful. Communication is appalling, information gathering is pathetic, booking process is ridiculous. To give some examples - they failed to show up 2 days in a row, they took payment before the job was done and without prior knowledge that this would happen, they told me the clean had been done despite me being at the property all day and no cleaners having been there, they made such a mess of my week that the knock on effects spilled over into other things, some of the work they did manage to do was done at a ridiculous time of day so my carpets were soaking wet all night. Just DO NOT USE. It will be painful. I had more expensive quotes elsewhere and wish Id chosen any company other than this absolute collection of dross. Plenty of other reviews here suggest very similar experiences. So DO NOT USE. Youve been warned. Save yourself the pain of this company and DO NOT USE. To the company owner, dont you dare reply with your generic we apologise line. The best thing you can do is close your business immediately, before any other person has to suffer the consequences of how utterly dreadful you are. Its as if you actively try to make things as bad as possible for people. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE.
