    They asked me when I want to cancel without telling me about the cancellation fee of $150, if you give them less than 30 days notice. And I was a customer for 4 years. Besides it's impossible to understand their rates.

    DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COMPANY. I have experienced issues since February 2022 with my internet and after a whole year until February 2023 they still did not send a technician out to the property to resolve the issue. Every time I would call the company I would be on hold for 2+ hours and every time I would email they would get back to me 2-3 days later. Every time I would receive a response from a different team member and they had no record of the last conversation or anything that was going on. This went on for a whole year, I would receive responses like I can see your internet is working fine, after months of emailing trying to get the internet fixed. Once I went without internet for 7 days after they reset the connection and the only reason it was fixed was because a friend of mine came to fix it. After one whole year I finally ended my account with them, I was told I had to give 30 days notice or they would charge a termination fee. I gave 30 days notice and they still charged me the termination fee. They just emailed and said your final invoice is $390 and you are being charged penalties of $1.15 per day for everyday you are late. They refused to send me a final invoice for the amount and said it was not possible as I had closed my account with them. After sending over 30 emails over the course of 4 weeks I was finally given a breakdown of the charges all I asked for was to be told what the fees were before I paid. Please do yourself a favour and never ever use this company, they should not even be allowed to operate. I have wasted hours and hours of my time dealing with this and its just unacceptable. There was one person at the company who finally helped me get my final bill and her name was Risa, other than that every person I emailed or talked to especially a staff member called Georgina were the most incompetent and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with.
