Though Piper is mostly based out of NZ, Peter and this team is very knowledgeable and was able to provide much more insight compared to other firms we spoke to in Melbourne and Sydney. We felt comfortable as a small business dealing with Pipers, especially after a very informative converstaion over the phone followed by an email with personalised research. We had been having some issues in China. Pipers have the contacts to help resolve this and at all times made recommendations keeping in mind costs to us. Their understanding of the system in China was/is execllent.
