Happy as my lovely " la specialist maestro" bought it from Harvey Norman. I found the gage is not working, sent an email to the De'Longi team, and was supposed to return it with no comment. Once dropped it in Harvey Norman an informative young lady in the coffee machine area had a look and just change the coffee beans, Bang! My dream came true . Have been watching De'Longi videos thru the YouTube hub and getting smarter. Also, my gift kit came a bit late with still worth: eight 250 g Delongi signature beans ( woo such a beyond awesome) + 2x 270ml cappuccino glasses + 2x latemachinno glasses, and some mile vouchers. Paid over $1,000 for a coffee machine, that happens to have app support. You can't even use it to make a coffee for you in the morning automatically - there is no timer support and the machine cleans itself into your cup every time. This is all assuming that the app actually works, which it doesn't. There are dozens and dozens of complaints on both the App Store and Play Store showing that the app does not work and support just keep asking for more screenshots.

We bought a La Specialista coffee machine a few months ago through Harvey Norman. Ever since purchase the Latte Crema system has been running very inconsistently; sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't. After being in touch with DeLonghi about the issue, they told us to drop the machine off for inspection and repairs at their service centre in South Auckland. After visit number 1, apparently they couldn't find anything wrong with the machine, however, the problem was still there. After my wife sent videos of proof to show the faulty Latte Crema system, it went back for visit number 2. This time they did in fact find some issues (as the videos illustrated) and believed they had resolved the problem. We collect the machine in the hope that the issue has actually been fixed. Unfortunately, the problem is still there (further videos have been sent to prove this) and this time the machine comes back with a few scratches and scuffs (picture attached), and to add further insult to injury the steam wand doesn't work. You can imagine how annoyed we are with the whole experience thus far. Customer service have finally escalated this to management after we told them to, and to replace the machine. They've also told us to take it back to the service centre for a third time. It's been a complete waste of time travelling backwards and forwards only to be disappointed each time. What is quite clearly a faulty unit, they are biding their time and seemingly unwilling to replace even though the machine falls well within the warranty period. We didn't expect this from DeLonghi. EDITED: De Longhi have finally agreed to provide a full replacement machine and apologised for the inconvenience. Amending the original 1 star, to 3 stars.

I found Susan very helpful and friendly. The advice regarding descaling my a specialista was easy to understand. Susan also demonstrated the Vacuum Coffee Canister which I was impressed with and purchased My over all after sales experience was top class Thank you
