I bought several items from Boconcept to furnish my lounge. I dealt with Theo of the Auckland showroom, who was very helpful and spent a lot of time going over options and details of the products. He was very patient and I appreciated his non pushy manner when deciding what to purchase. Something you don't always encounter with some furniture retail staff in a showroom. I thought the lounge came together very well and despite the long lead time we are now enjoying our new decor. The mocked up 3d pictures that Jess did were also very helpful to visualise the finished product. Just one suggestion if you are getting the wall mounted Lugano entertainment units, consult your electrician beforehand to ascertain what wiring would be required beforehand to get that seamless boconcept look. A great collection of modern European furniture with helpful sales staff. Aprently they have parking too

Great service from Natalia, one of the interior designers. She is really helpful & knowledgeable. We are really pleased with the furniture she helped us to select.
