Love all the brands shoes and bag and bought several pair of shoes and bag from them. Unfortunately I had an average experience when it came to after sales service. I bought a pair of sandal from them. A year later a metal part of the shoes breaks, I come back to see them: nothing we can do about this because we dont have this brand anymore . It a shame spending to get quality but not get the support when something happen. I will continue buying from them but also knowing they wont help me with the lifetime of the product which make buying from overseas as attractive (or online from worldwide website).

Im frustrated! I have bought shoes from Scarpa a few times over the years, and consider myself loyal to them as theyve always been my first go-to when needing a new pair of shoes or boots. I dont live in Auckland, however one day we were up and I went into the New Market store the youngish shop assistant literally ignored me, I felt so unwelcome and couldnt wait to get out of there. So I ordered a $700 pair online, then was wanting to order another pair also and so asked online chat if they run large and what calf measurements were (estimate would have been fine just wanted to know if they were better for larger legs). Person replies a few hours later saying in briefest response, depends on size, order away and return if theyre not right. I didnt want to spend $25 returning boots all because she was too lazy to try and help. I also didnt want to have to try and get them in return post within 48 hours of receiving if they werent right, as our rural postie often signs for things a day or two before we get deliveries. Their returns timeframes are very tight. So anyway, Im not buying from Scarpa again, Im giving all my business to Head over Heels from now on. Pip has been nice to deal with in the past but unfortunately these other shop assistants are driving customers like myself away. Two stars for Pip and I like the boots I got.
