I did my placement here and rate this company with a 0. Unprofessional and their work ethics is very poor, the chef Manu is so amazing and lovely aswell as the Nurse Lola both beautiful and amazing people. As for their Team Leader very awful disgusting person, very unprofessional 1st day at this place she did not do a proper work induction as you usual get before you start work somewhere for health and safety reasons. They bullied me here, required for me to do duties unsupervised yet I'm only a student and I am suppose to be supervised at all times. I showered residents and washed residents on my own without supervision and I raised my concerns to my Tutor and Work Specialist Placement and they advised me to approach the staff and inform them I'm to be supervised at all times. They weren't happy so I waited for the manager she was not happy and I carried out the rest of the day working on my logbook. Thursday 1st September 2022 I recieved a call from my course stating this company had raised a complaint pathetic I say. Stating my UNPROFESSIONALISM , that is what you call perversion twisting the truth and facts. Trying to hide their mistakes having low staff, breached by me not being supervised and trying to cover up their end. Not a good environment, feel sorry for the residents they get treated badly from staff here their 2 face and put on a show for people but the residents feel for them. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN

My father is here. They gave him Very kind and good care . Only One floor lodge with nice garden .Good environment just like living at home. Plenty parking for visitors.

My mother stayed here for three days and nights , she enjoyed it very much. Great service of looking after elderly people and she loved it. I fully trust them with my mom when i need time out of taking care of her thanks team keep up the great work.
