        Our passport parcel was supposed to be delivered on Jan 31, waited the whole day, no delivery. The property is road frontage, no access issue. The driver did not attempt to deliver, did not leave a calling card. Went to the office to pick it up ourselves on Feb 3, waited for 20 minutes for it to be found. Till today, no response about the complaint lodged online.

        Pleasant staff willing to help. Also can be used as a drop off for couriered goods for collection rather than leaving them in a unsafe place.

        Definitely call to see if theyre open! Walked quite a way in bad weather on a Saturday only to find they close at 12pm not 5pm as stated on google when you look them up. I strongly advise they update their hours on here

        NZ Post has lost multiple packages for me and refuses to acknowledge it. Very poor customer service.

        Great customer service here. A wonderful lady helped me package a fragile item (even though their not allowed) and the package was sent to the address within 3 days despite being fragile and heavy. Thank you to NZ Post and the team at NZ Post Newmarket!
