Deadly Ponies

I bought my first deadly ponies handbag in 2015, back then the quality was amazing, zippers use to be ykk zippers. My partner bought me a deadly ponies handbag recently and within a couple of months the zip has began to perish, which led to it breaking off the main compartment on its own at some stage.m, rendering this less than a year old quality handbag pretty hard to use. Considering the price this is not quality, bring back quality zippers if youre charging quality prices.

These are beautiful bags and are incredibly well made you wont be disappointed! However did you know they only offer a welcome / 1st purchase discount to overseas customers and not New Zealanders? As they are a NZ brand i think this is a bit disappointing. Anyway I thought it was worth bringing attention to what I assume is a little known fact. I sent them an email asking as to why this was the case a while ago and they still haven't replied. UPDATE : You can see below their response... I think majority would prefer the discount off their first purchase here. The perks they talk about here aren't that great (none of my friends have bothered with them) - you would get more out of a discount on your 1st purchase. But I am just 1 person and it is just my opinion. Like I said the bags are great.

Bought the mrs a wallet for $250 for the writing to come off within a couple of months, got told this is normal wear and tear and happens to them all but can have it re printed for $300. makes sense

Poor service. The tall lady working was rude and condescending. Dunno how she is working in retail. Such a disservice to a good nz brand
