After years of going to chain stores and being disappointed I found these guys on the net. They are Kiwi owned and they are so pleasant to deal with. I order online and everything is delivered to my work promptly! My dog loves the food and I've never stepped foot back into the dreaded chain store! Give them ago! Thanks

Great company to deal with and both our cats and dogs just loved the food. Our fussiest cat ate it immediately and our dogs just about inhaled it! Great to find a pet food that suits young to old dogs, we have three age groups of dog so Acres dog food is ideal.

Finally received my product after 3 months. Shocking customer service as I had contacted them 4 times throughout that period and been completely ignored. Surprised when the parcel finally arrived. Would never use this company again due to my emails always falling on deaf ears.

Jack our beautiful Golden Retriever is 14 and his wonderful Acres diet is definitely helping him in his old age and it keeps him strong and fuelled to help with his ongoing health issues.He still has a super shiny coat! I love the fact you are a local business and your products are not only high quality, well priced they are made with love and you show a genuine interest in your customers pets. You are always up for a wee chat on health issues and giving advice on dietary needs. I would absolutely recommended any dog owner to try Acres products.
