        Some seriously unorganised admin going on - had to rebook an appointment because they wanted me to wait an extended period of time ( even though I BOOKED AN APP) come back two days later ( booked app), receptionist tells me I am 15 minutes later and that I was supposed to be there earlier than what I was told on the phone and have missed my slot. Find out their texts arent working and I have to rebook for another time. Really incompetent and have wasted my time as I woke up early in order to make it to work BOTH days.

        Not a good experience. They are always in a hurry and alwys late to see you at your appointment. Also my partner also had bad experience with them. Going to a different doctor.

        I give you guys 1 star purely for my daughter. She has been coughing for the last couple of days. Unpleasant service! Update: Happy with Staff's quick response in getting the issue resolved. 5 star service.
