If there is 10 Star Option I would've gone for it. We are really over whelmed the way Shaun worked with us, either its weekend or night his response is prompt and clear. When we ask some silly questions as we are first home buyers he is always been polite and patient. He was kind of force made us confident with throughout process. Shaun was great to deal with. He managed to broker a better deal with our existing bank and lock in rates that were not advertised.

Without Shauns help there we would not have been able to secure our mortgage and buy our house. Shaun ws able to quickly understand our financial position and provided advice and guidance that allowed us to put our best foot forward. Shaun went above and beyond and really backed us with the bank and as a result we bought our house with little stress. Shaun always got back to us quickly, he worked outside of business hours for us and always gave us the facts. I honestly can't recommend shaun enough.
