Have lived in a property managed by Sunnyville, i must say the worst experience ever i had in my life with them very unprofessional and rude. The lady who manages Sunnyville was the rudest and always threatening and treated us like we are nothing (We never missed a single weeks rent) any servicing we wanted for the house to be done she would not even bother to reply back to us and if we insisted she would send us a rude email... There are actually a lot of interesting things which has happened during the time i lived there which i cannot fit in here so i am actually collecting all the evidence i have like my messages and emails and going to seek legal help as she has put us under a lot of stress as a result we have moved out now and are lucky to get into a new rental property..... So if you are reading this please get ready as i am going to the Tribunal soon...... MY BIGGEST Advice if anyone wanting to rent a house with them i would say "DO NOT" go with them you will regret.

My family and I have been renting a Sunnyville property for almost two years now and I can say honestly that this is one of the best rental experiences I have had. Chin-Chin and George are both personable and professional and have been incredibly responsive when any issues have arisen. This year they have replaced two major appliances and have been very generous with their time and resource. Highly recommend.

We had been flatting at a place that was managed by Sunnyville for a few years. From our experience, they seem like lovely people, BUT were very unprofessional. It is highly UNLIKELY for us wanting to deal with Sunnyville again: When we had to contact them due to flat issues, they were very unresponsive. They were also very careless in communications: forgetting to attach documents, forgetting to confirm things and we would have to ask again. When we make appointments to meet with them in person, they were late to the appointments most of the times. For example, when I was staying home waiting for them to come around for a flat inspection, I had to call them to remind them after they hadn't shown past half an hour appointment time. Once, they came around to fix something and the person that was doing the job was struggling to do so. Then, he started going off about things he had no problem with previous to him struggling, like how there is little bit of oil in the corners of things, etc. Very childish. They were very unorganised in the final moving-out process, too. We were expecting an email from them towards the end of the tenancy agreement date and we didn't get anything. So we had to email them to make sure that the final inspection is taking place and the relevant documents were sent. Furthermore, they told us that we had to get the carpet clean professionally. Mind you we contacted the tenancy services and asked them if it was our responsibility and they told us, it is not. In fact, it is illegal to ask to do so. We told them of this and their responses were aggressive and unfriendly. We have years of experience flatting and this had never happened before. In the end, because we were very busy with other things, we ended up cleaning the carpet properly with a carpet cleaner. I think this really highlights a point: I believe that we were as friendly and fair as we could be, and they were very unprofessional, careless, and unapologetic. Would NOT recommend.

All good dealing with Sunnyville, Chin Chin and Ricky were honest and straightforward to deal with, worked extra time and did all they could to solve problems and make the situation perfect.
